PRIVACY POLICY

Between The company JURNI CAREERS, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of €500, whose head office is located at 14 AVENUE DU GENERAL DE GAULLE, 94160 SAINT-MANDE, France, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 938484185 (hereinafter the “COMPANY”) and the User.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms and expressions listed below and whose first letter will be capitalized have the meaning assigned below.

These terms will have the same meaning in the singular and in the plural.  
- “User” : refers to any person who accesses and navigates the Site, the Platform and/or enters into a relationship with the COMPANY in order to benefit from the Services. Users can review the information available on the Site, including descriptions of the Services;
-”Account“: refers to the interface grouping together all the data relating to the User, accessible from the Site and allowing the User to benefit from the Services on the Site. This data includes in particular all personal information belonging to the User;
- “Personal data”: any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;
-”Identifiers“: refers to the email address used by the User when creating his Account, as well as the confidential password allowing the User to access his Account;
- “Site” : refers to the website published by the COMPANY, accessible at https://www.getjurni.io or https://www.getjurni.com, allowing Users to view information about the COMPANY and its Services, and to register on the Platform;
- “Platform” : refers to the web application operated by the COMPANY, accessible after registration via the Site or directly at the address provided by the COMPANY, on which Users can access free and paid Services, including the “ProDNA” assessment and personalized career recommendations;
-”Service“: refers to all services offered by the COMPANY via the Website and the Platform, which may change over time.

These services include:
- ProDNA Assessment : a detailed introspective assessment analyzing the personality traits, motivations, motivating skills and needs of the User, aimed at orienting him towards jobs corresponding to his aspirations.
- Personalized job recommendations : job suggestions adapted to the unique profile of the User.

In accordance with the amended law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (herein after the” GDPR”), Users are informed that the COMPANY may automatically process their personal data for the purposes of using the Site. This data may be transmitted to any subsidiaries and/or companies controlled by the COMPANY.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES

‍In application of the GDPR, it is recalled that the personal data that is requested from the User is necessary:
- To process requests (contact form);
- To create and access the Account;
- To the provision of Services (introspective assessment, follow-up, etc.);
- To the transmission of job offers;
- To the adaptation of the Site, the Platform and the Services.

In accordance with the national and European regulations in force, the User has the right to permanent access, modify, rectify and oppose information concerning him or her. This right can be exercised:

It is recalled that with regard to the corrections and updates of data relating to their Account, Users proceed directly to the necessary modifications and deletions on their own Account. The COMPANY is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the User.

The COMPANY collects the following Personal Data during the following actions:
- Email address;
- Name, First name;
- Age;
- Status (high school student, student, employee, employee, unemployed, freelance, other);
- Professional experience (none, less than two years, two to 5 years, 5 to ten years, more than ten years)
- Country;
- Gender (male, female, other, prefer not to answer)

The User is informed that the COMPANY will not be able to use his personal data in order to send him commercial offers that may be of interest to him unless the User has explicitly consented to this, in particular by entering his email address in order to receive messages from the COMPANY.

The User is informed that the COMPANY may use his Personal Data in order to send him messages (commercial offers, newsletter, etc...) concerning services similar to those already sold by the COMPANY to the User. The User will be informed of this at the time of collection of his Personal Data. He will be in a position to oppose it at the time of collection of his data and at each request from the COMPANY.

The data collected is kept by the COMPANY for the duration of the relationship, then for up to 3 years after the end of this relationship.

The COMPANY may share Personal Data with the following third parties, subcontractors, partners: IT service providers for data maintenance and hosting purposes; telecommunications providers in order to be able to communicate with the User, employers.

All data that makes it possible to establish proof of a right or a contract, or stored in accordance with a legal and/or regulatory obligation, may be the subject of an archiving policy, and be kept for these purposes in accordance with the legal and/or regulatory provisions in force.

‍RIGHT TO CLAIM DELETION, AND TO BE FORGOTTEN

‍The User is informed that he has the possibility of filing a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés either, via the following URL https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes or, via postal mail (3 Place de Fontenoy - TSA 80715 - 75334 PARISCEDEX 07).

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure, as soon as possible, of personal data concerning him or her and the data controller has the obligation to delete such personal data as soon as possible, when the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed in another way (closure of the personal space); by writing to the address 14 Avenue DuGénéral de Gaulle 94. 160 Saint-Mandé.

‍The User is informed that he also has a right to rectify his data, a right to limit his data and finally a right to oppose the use of his data.

‍RIGHT OF DECEASED PERSONS

‍The COMPANY allows individuals to give instructions relating to the storage, deletion and communication of their data after their death by writing to the address 14Avenue du Général-de-Gaulle 94160 Saint-Mandé.

In this way, a person can be appointed to carry out these instructions. When the person has died, the latter is then entitled to take note of the instructions and request their implementation from the data controllers concerned.

In the absence of instructions given during the person's lifetime, the heirs, who will demonstrate this (act of notoriety) will be able to exercise the right of access, provided that it is necessary for the settlement of the deceased's estate, the right of opposition in order to proceed with the closure of the deceased's accounts and oppose the processing of their data.

‍RIGHT TO PORTABILITY

‍This right allows the User to retrieve the data concerning him processed by the COMPANY for his personal use and to transfer his Personal Data to him and to the organization of his choice. Given the temporary nature of the hosting of data provided by the COMPANY, this portability will only concern Personal Data that has not yet been deleted by the passage of time.
