For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms and expressions listed below and whose first letter will be capitalized have the meaning assigned below.
These terms will have the same meaning in the singular and in the plural.
- “User” : refers to any person who accesses and navigates the Site, the Platform and/or enters into a relationship with the COMPANY in order to benefit from the Services. Users can review the information available on the Site, including descriptions of the Services;

- “Platform” : refers to the web application operated by the COMPANY, accessible after registration via the Site or directly at the address provided by the COMPANY, on which Users can access free and paid Services, including the “ProDNA” assessment and personalized career recommendations;
-”Service“: refers to all services offered by the COMPANY via the Website and the Platform, which may change over time.
These services include:
- ProDNA Assessment : a detailed introspective assessment analyzing the personality traits, motivations, motivating skills and needs of the User, aimed at orienting him towards jobs corresponding to his aspirations.
- Personalized job recommendations : job suggestions adapted to the unique profile of the User.
In accordance with the amended law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (herein after the” GDPR”), Users are informed that the COMPANY may automatically process their personal data for the purposes of using the Site. This data may be transmitted to any subsidiaries and/or companies controlled by the COMPANY.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES

- Age;
- Status (high school student, student, employee, employee, unemployed, freelance, other);

RIGHT OF DECEASED PERSONS
The COMPANY allows individuals to give instructions relating to the storage, deletion and communication of their data after their death by writing to the address 14Avenue du Général-de-Gaulle 94160 Saint-Mandé.
In this way, a person can be appointed to carry out these instructions. When the person has died, the latter is then entitled to take note of the instructions and request their implementation from the data controllers concerned.

RIGHT TO PORTABILITY
This right allows the User to retrieve the data concerning him processed by the COMPANY for his personal use and to transfer his Personal Data to him and to the organization of his choice. Given the temporary nature of the hosting of data provided by the COMPANY, this portability will only concern Personal Data that has not yet been deleted by the passage of time.
